If you are looking for an “out of the box” type of counselor, then I would love to work with you. Therapy is about meeting you where you are and if that means you need a listening ear as you process something deep, someone to help guide you to the best possible you, or someone who is going to hold you accountable than look no further, because that is exactly what you will get. Therapy is not one size fits all, so I use many different modalities of therapy to help you navigate life’s hills and valleys. I also like to bring in my teachings from my Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist training.

I love to work with those who have anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, divorce, life transitions, caregiver stress, and substance use. Have a child experiencing issues after divorce? What about an adolescent who needs help navigating life’s obstacles? Have you just recently gone though a life transition or divorce? Do you have a loved one you are a caregiver for or in a nursing home? I have experience in working at nursing homes and being a caregiver and can help you navigate that field. I work with ages 6 and up.
