I am very passionate about establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and creating a safe, non- judgmental space so my clients can explore their feelings, behaviors and thoughts. I know therapy can be intimidating and scary, but together we will help gain back control of your life.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and elders who have challenges regarding anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I have found that what most people want and need is a safe space to be heard, and understood and that is when the true healing begins.
